This course is designed to gain relevant knowledge, understanding and practical skills for Airport Ground Handling Procedures and requirements. The course content is in line with IATA’s Airport Handling Manual (AHM) and Ground Operations Manual (IGOM) requirements.

Pre-requisites
- Functional knowledge of the English language
- The minimum educational level of successful completion of high school

- Continuous Assessment Test (CAT): 10 Marks
- Final Exam : 70 Marks

Upon successful completion of the final exam, a participant will be awarded with a Certificate in Airport Ground Handling Diploma.
